In which areas do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional fee, we deliver to some locations the day after ordering. We also deliver in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

A standard shipment takes about five to seven business days. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge for orders over $100.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will find your item for you.

Returns

Which items can be returned?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been washed or worn. Notify us immediately if an item arrives damaged. You will then be refunded the full purchase amount of the item.

How high are the shipping costs for the return?

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return labels. Repack the item, attach the label to the original packaging and return it to us.

I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

Items given as gifts must be accompanied by the gift receipt to be eligible for a refund. The return will be treated like any other return and you will receive a gift certificate worth the current retail price of the item. Please note that gifts can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
